Zurich Zboot PDI showing two User Criteria for 'users with itil role'

Hi Experts,

I have two User Criteria records in my Zurich PDI for the "users with ITIL role" criteria. (..7c & ..14)

I have access to another PDI which is running Yokohama - which has only the latter (..14)

Wondering if there's a reason for the two UC ?

I can't find where the two are being used in any different way.

Would it be safe to inactive (..14) and just make sure Catalog, Knowledge, Change, and Workspaces are using the (..7c) one?

Both are noted as high risk upgrade files in Zurich, with banner messages advising not to alter.

Hi @PattenM1

Not sure why it’s showing 2. I checked in my PDI and it’s showing only one UC for the same item — both with the same name and role. Since this is a PDI, it’s hard to say, but if you’re seeing the same in a client instance, it’s better to log a ServiceNow support case so the team can guide you on why two UCs with the same name are appearing.

Hi @PattenM1,

my PDI (Zurich) has also two records like you:

That's very strange, this seems to be a duplicity and both are identical so unless they are called by sys id, either one can be used for KB or Portal access..
