400 bad request saml okta config

Hi,

I have configured SAML in my instance using OKTA's metadata. When I click on Test connection in the Identity provider - I get attached error. Please note I am assigned to this application in OKTA. We have not uploaded any SN metadata in OKTA. Also, Okta team says they see successful authentication in logs on their end. What else can I check?

If you can install "SAML Chrome Panel" google chrome extension as suggested by ServiceNow, then maybe the logs can provide more details: https://support.servicenow.com/kb?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0831334
