HI All,
Can anyone please help us on the below requirement.
We have created couples of announcement and it's display on portal level.
But we want to hide the "Expand all" and "hide all" options.
instead of that we want to give it like below (How the records will visible on list view level).
So when an user click on the forward option then the second announcement should display and if user click on backward option then the first announcement should display.
Since we're completely new to service portal related development and we're struggling to complete the requirement.
Please help us.
Advance thanks.

Hello,
Unfortunately you cannot customize the OOB Banner instead maybe you can take the announcement widget at the top the the page so it will display just below the navigation.

Hello,
There is an OOB widget already present named "Announcement". If it is not available on the home page just bring it over. It already ahs the pagination which you are looking for
Just while creating the announcement select the type as Widget:-

Hi Saurav,
Many thanks for the response.
When we give Type as "Widget" then the announcement are not displaying on portal level.

Advance thanks.
