Hi @CorinaT
There is no support available for PDI. If you are not able to login , try to reserve password but if you getting instance unavailable, then bettee to release this instance and take a new one.
Currently SN migrating more than 8000 PDI to new Data Centre and this can be a reason of non availability.
If my response proves useful, please indicate its helpfulness by selecting " Accept as Solution" and " Helpful." This action benefits both the community and me.

Hi @CorinaT ,
You can release your current instance & request for new instance.
As Atul mentioned that Currently SN migrating more than 8000 PDI to new Data Centre so this might by the cause.
Please mark helpful & correct answer if its worthy for you.

Hi there,
Same answer as always... PDIs are unsupported, there is no support for PDIs. Only thing you can do is:
1) Wait and hope
2) Request a new PDI
Don't get me wrong, just informing you, we all simply can't help you on this at all.
Kind regards,

Sorry to hear about the PDI issues. Yes sometimes it's out our control and we can only hope it resolves itself without releasing our instance and losing our work we put into them. Always remember to export application as an xml/update set at certain points in your development in case anything like this happens again. That way you can reimport it and resume your progress.
