have not been able to log in to pdi for four days

I'm an intern learning about servicenow and creating a custom application. I need the application so I can finish my project, can anyone help?.

Hi @CorinaT 

 

There is no support available for PDI. If you are not able to login , try to reserve password but if you getting instance unavailable, then bettee to release this instance and take a new one.

 

Currently SN migrating more than 8000 PDI to new Data Centre and this can be a reason of non availability.

Thanks everyone for your help!. Thanks for the tip about XML, but as a new user building the needed application I was not aware of that process was.
