Integrations with Orchestration tools not support OOB

Hi All,

Does anyone know how the integration works with orchestration tools that aren't supported OOB? ServiceNow currently doesn't support user-defined integrations with orchestration tools so do events from these tools just follow a default flow? How limiting is this to the functionality of DevOps Change Velocity for organisations that aren't using supported tools?

Hi @Dubz Thats right, currently we support only Planning, Coding, Test tool integrations which are not supported OOTB. Integration orchestration tools are little bit more complex, as callbacks are to be registered to pause and resume the pipeline of the orchestration tool.
