Can anyone assist with issues I am having with my PDI. I am in it just about every other, third day and am continuing to receive notifications it will be or has been reclaimed. When I go through eh Dev login page to refresh or bring it out of hibernation, the Refreshing Instance message is displayed with the little flash loading spinner going for hours even after I access the PDI through the direct link.

Unfortunately, ServiceNow doesn't provide support for PDIs. You can continue to access the PDI via direct link.

Make sure to take backup of your data regularly if you're working on any important work and you'll need to resume in future.

Well, it would be nice to be able to at least confer with someone at SNow to find out why I am now receiving the inactivity warning notifications each day now since the initial posting on Monday. Odd that this would be happening since I've been in the instance making mods each day too... ¯\_(ツ)_/¯.
You are correct and will need to get back to update sets 101.
