My instance keep on loading and I could not able to use it

Hi @VinothkannanN 

 

As you might know, there is no support available from ServiceNow in relation to PDIs, hence, if it's not working and you can't fix it by clear cookies/other browser etc. only solution is to release and request a fresh installation.
