Rename 'Equity Information' field to 'Equity File Uploaded' in tax Planning form

Description : As a PMG fulfiller/Admin/PMG Lead I should be able to see a new field 'Equity File Uploaded' in Tax Planning form and List view so that I can update Yes or No to indicate the equity file is uploaded.
Acceptance criteria:
Given I am a Mobility Fulfiller
When I want to indicate that I have attached an equity file under Incident form record
Then I should be able to select Yes to the drop down field 'Equity File Uploaded'
- Rename the existing field 'Equity Information' to 'Equity File Uploaded'
- The field will always be editable from list view and form view.
- If the fulfiller is marking this field to 'Yes' from form or list view then on save validation will check if an attachment is present/added, if the validation fails fulfiller gets an error message 'Missing Equity File' will be visible to end user and the save will be cancelled.
