Recommended training for Devops Change Velocity

What training is recommended to help prepare a Change Manager and our Product Development Teams for use of Devops Change Velocity? The development teams use GitHub, and DCV will be used to automatically register Changes.

Hi Yvonne,

Thanks for posting this absolutely valid question and this may or may not help. Have you had a look at the NOWCreate Success pack?

Hello, yes I did. But the training I can find mainly focuses on how to design and implement the DevOps CV application. It doesn't provide training or process guidance for the key personas involved in the end to end process which the app is intended to support.

I believe we're following the same path. I've spent some time looking into this myself and, beyond the standard Fundamentals and Implementation training, I haven't found any role-specific training material that directly addresses your question.

My assumption is that this is largely intentional. Every organisation adopts DevOps Change Velocity differently, with its own governance model, change processes, tooling integrations, and approval requirements. As a result, the available enablement content and Success Packs tend to focus on implementation guidance and recommended practices rather than prescribing a single operating model.

In practice, the Success Packs appear to provide a framework and set of recommendations for what to consider next, but organisations are expected to tailor the process to their own requirements and ways of working. In that sense, they serve more as a blueprint than a complete training curriculum.
