ServiceNow DEX - Installed ACC on my local device

I have installed ACC in my device. It is showing as registered not UP, in ServiceNow Demo Instance. How to make it up and collect data from my device. I checked the logs and yml file too.  I have attached logs.

Hi @Harsh33 , I have installed DEX plugins in my company demo instance for POCs. It's not PDI. 

Do you mean that DEX will not work in Demo instance?

Thanks for the clarification. It's currently only provisioned for sub-production and production instances. Would be best to submit a support case to confirm the instance type.
