Social media icons not displaying in footer on ServiceNow Learning site

Hi Team,

I’ve noticed a UI issue on the Now Learning portal. The social media icons (LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.) located in the footer display correctly before login, but once we log in through SSO, the icons are no longer visible; only blank or broken placeholders are shown.

This happens consistently on the landing page after login. I’ve attached screenshots showing the issue before and after logging in.

It's surprising that such a visible UI bug on the homepage hasn't been addressed yet. Small details like this significantly impact the user experience and brand perception, so I hope this can be resolved soon.

Please let me know if this has already been reported.

You are in the wrong place. You should create a Case for this on NowLearning. The Community isn't made up of ServiceNow employees that can do anything about this. The chance that this is seen by anyone that is even remotely involved in how to get that fixed, is very small.
