Hi ServiceNow enthusiasts,
I recently explored a new ServiceNow module called DEX (Digital End-User Experience) and wanted to share its potential with you all.
In this post, I focus on how DEX enhances the end-user experience by providing real-time monitoring, AI-driven automation, and seamless integrations.
In my next post, I'll dive deeper into the technical aspects of DEX, including installation steps, prerequisites, creating new applications, managing existing applications, metric rules, adding remedial actions, and managing alerts.
