I have a VTB that I created which the vertical lane is configured by "overview issue"
is there a way that it would show only the lanes that have ticket card in them? and when they are empty they would be hidden? or even just the lanes with ticket would be sorted to the left side of the task board?

We can sort the items in lane, but not the lane 😞

No, we can't hide it OOTB, if the lane dont have card in it.
