Can I install DPR in DEV with ITSM Standard subscription?

Hello, I want to install DPR in DEV with an ITSM Standard license subscription so we can test it out and make a case for ITSM Pro (along with the additional AI features that go with Pro).  Is this possible in DEV with a Standard subscription?

You should verify with your Account Manager. However, my understanding is that you can install any plugin / store app no matter your base subscription module. The only time you need to pay for something is when you put it in prod.

Also you should check with your Account Manager if you decide to go with DPR. You can purchase this like DPR without chaining you base licensing and it could be cheaper. For example we are on ITSM Standard but we have the full version of Performance Analytics which was just a separate purchase.

DPR is part of PRO, you can still install in Lower instances but as @Brian Lancaster correctly mentioned before move to prod check with account manager about licensing and cost.

Hello, 

You can install in a sub pro environment without entitlements.  Thats correct however, the only way to get DPR for prod is by upgrading to ITSM Pro.  There is no separate sku.
