Change Request count by Configuration Items

HI, 

I have created report/dashboard for Change Request count by Configuration Items.

The report as below

Table - Change_request

Group by - Configuration Item

Trend by - Created

Filter - 

1. Created at or after

2. Configuration item is not empty

The report shows for all CIs which is not readable.

Can I have report for top 5/10 Configuration items?
