We are upgrading to Xanadu release and plan to use out of box Digital Product Release for release management. Currently, we are on Washington DC version of ServiceNow and are using the following two fields for release management:
Release State (Draft, Scoping, Awaiting Approval, Work In Progress, Testing/QA, Deploy/Launch, Closed Complete, On Hold and Cancelled )
Release Phase (Requirement Gathering, Design, Build, Development, QA, User Acceptance, Deployment).
Questions:
1) Does Xanadu > Digital Product Release - utilize Release State and Release Phase as out-of-the-box fields?
2) IF yes, what are the out-of-the-box values for these fields?

Hi @Megs in DPR, release records have these OOB states (Pending, In Progress, Restarting, Review, Completed, Cancelled). When you create a release template, you provide the phase names, duration and activities (tasks, approvals, policies) for each phase. The phases in a release template can be aligned to the key activities and named anything you want (e.g. Requirement Gathering, Design, Build, Development, QA, User Acceptance, Deployment) etc.). Release phases themselves also have states similar to the release record. See more details here: https://www.servicenow.com/docs/bundle/xanadu-it-service-management/page/product/digital-product-rel...
