Digital Product Release

I'm trying to create a release, but it's currently stuck and not progressing. I also noticed that there is no version linked to my product. When I go to Release Planning, I don’t see the 'Create Version' button that used to be available.

I'm logged in as an admin and have all the necessary DPR roles, but I'm still facing this issue. Could you please help me troubleshoot this?

Hi @itshimesh23 

 

If the Create version button is missing in Release Planning, try following steps ,also refer mentioned links
 
  • Create Version via Product Record: Instead of the Planning board, navigate to the specific Product record, scroll down to the related lists, and check if you can create a version directly from there.
  • Check ACL Permissions: Ensure you have the required roles to create versions 
  • Verify Product Details: If the product record has empty fields for Name or Version, it may block the creation of new versions
