Fields "Planned Start Date" and "Planned End Date" are selectable during the creation of a Release Template in DPR, but then the field is not editable and in most cases its not visible on a release record.
Taking a stage oriented release as an example: the field is added on the template, but the field cannot be edited and no value is populated on the release record under "Release Timeline" section.
Is there any way to have users write access to the field?
