As Per Servicenow Documentation - "You must connect to your GitHub tool instance using MID Server to use this credential." . So In your screen shot, check Mid server checkbox.

hi @Tanushree Maiti I did try with midserver as well but no luck. My main issue is with tool URL field which is getting autopopulated and there is no option to edit it .FYI, I have selected GitHub Enterprise option in code category while starting the connection and this tool URL got auto populated and there is no option to edit it .
and when i try to resume tool setup, I am getting error that url is not valid

@RC19 ,
Please check you the Github account is enterprise account or not? if it is NOT enterprise account please select the Normal Github account instead of github enterprise in the connect tool model.
For more detailed steps please follow this: https://www.servicenow.com/docs/r/it-service-management/devops-change-velocity/create-github-tool-de...
If you still faces the issue please create a case task will look into it.
Note: Please use the respective user while creating tool(DevOps admin or Dpr release admin user)
