Facing Issues while trying to integrate DPR with GitHub

Hi All,

I am trying to integrate ServiceNow DPR with GitHub as per documentation Onboard GitHub using Workspace • Zurich IT Service Management • Docs | ServiceNow . In the Tool Setup page i am getting below error as below.

Alert level: Critical.

Tool cannot be created because the tool URL is invalid. Enter a valid URL,and try again.
See the troubleshooting tool on-boarding errors.

Troubleshooting steps says to reenter the url and even after i reenter there is no use and that url which i am entering does exists and i have permissions to it. please suggest on what exactly is this error and how to troubleshoot.

thanks Arnab  I tried removing mid server and unticked checkbox, then the prior error is back that tool URL is invalid.

I am suspecting if it meant about the tool URL on the tool record which got autopopulated as soon as I selected GitHub enterprise before adding any connection details. This tool URL is not even editable.

hi @Arnab Sarkar @SuryakiranM4342 @Tanushree Maiti One observation is that if i try to connect to GitHub instead of GitHub enterprise with below details

Then this step got completed but it says Alert level: positive.

Discovery was successful, but no repositories were found

Have you faced such issue ? any suggestion ?

Hi @RC19 

Can you please confirm that the user who is authorizing  has access to repos? Also please ensure that the oauth app has been provided with required permissions.

hi @Arnab Sarkar I can confirm all permissions are assigned and user has access to repos.

Tool record status is connected but it says no data found for repositories, plans and pipelines though it has data
