Finding the release from the change record

When viewing the change record the release version takes us to the software component models which gives us the name of the release and product. Is there any way to get to the actual release record via these related records?

If not then why has it not been considered?

Hi @jonathanwhi, We have a "View release" option from Change record when viewed from Service Operations Workspace (SoW). Please check the attached screenshot.

From UI16, we currently don't have the link enabled. We'll check and get back on this.

The "release version" on change can be used to get to the release by filtering "product version" on Release (sn_dpr_model_release) table.

Thanks for your reply, I can see the link from the change on SoW. Are you looking to add it to the related records on SoW.

If a problem, incident or request has been connected to the release scope how can we see from the problem, incident or request that it has been associated with a request (without having to rely on a change joining them)?
