Hi @vigneshvr79 ,
It seems , you are testing with an admin user. If you check Unified navigation menu, OOB , for Admin menu , visible role has been set to admin.
Test with non-admin user.
Steps to replicate in PDI:
1. Created a test role ( test_role)
2. Assign it to a non-admin user (alfonso.griglen). also added ITIL role ,so that native UI is visible to the user.
3. Check the Before screen shot ( Before updating Unified Navigation menu i.e for History menu ->Hidden role : test_role))
4. Now update Unified Navigation menu i.e for History menu ->Hidden role : test_role
5. Check the result.
Before ,
After :
See History Menu is not showing.
