How to connect Sprint, Release and Change in CWM and DPR workspaces?

@Dr Atul G- LNG , thanks for reply, I have seen that we can create Change from DPM workspace. How to attach the Sprint that is created in CWM to Release in DPM. How to create end-to-end Path:
Sprint->Release->Change

Based on my understanding, adding a sprint in DPR is not currently supported. The data is received from SPM and synced to Agile, but there is no capability to add a sprint in DPR at this time.
