in DPR worksapce (create-release) page in the version details page make version non mandatory

In the create-release page under version details section In OOTB the version field is mandatory but I have made it non mandatory using UI builder but still after making it non mandatory without filling version I am unable to move to next section 

My Requirement is that even without filling the version I should be able to move to next step.

Hi @Sanafelix1323 As per the process, the core DPR version is key here. If you do not follow the versioning, it becomes difficult to track which version of the app is included in the release. Therefore, follow the OOTB approach and keep it mandatory.

Thank you for the clarification. My requirement is specifically to make the Version field non-mandatory during the Release creation process in DPR Workspace.

There are 3 UI Builder Client Scripts currently validating the Version field while clicking Next and during Release creation.
Is it a good practice to configure these scripts to make Version non-mandatory? If yes, could you please suggest the recommended approach?
If not, how should we explain this to the client? Also, could you please clarify the potential impact on the Release lifecycle, OOTB functionality, and future ServiceNow upgrades if we customize these scripts?
