Hello experts,
I went through the training materials and videos on DPR but it is still unclear to me on how to view or link DPR release record from the Change request form (or from the user story or epic if I want to do that manually and not from the DPR but from the artefact that I want to plan.
When I create a change from the DPR, I see on the Change request the Release as on the screenshot below.:
A) Lets say that the customer uses Service Operations Workspace.
The same CHR I view in the SOW and also cannot see the Release related list or field anywhere or the same widget as on the screenshot above when the ChR is opened from DPR.
B) Lets say customer uses the native view and forms.
When I open the native change request, there I cannot see anywhere the DPR release record created. I can see only the Releases related list but it is record not from DPR but I assume the release table from RM v2.
Where can I see the DPR release here? How can I link the existing CHR to the DPR release from this view?
C) Additional question on how can I plan/link artefact from the SPM (Project / Demand) to the DPR release?
Thank you very much in advance

Hi @Alpa82, We leverage the software model field in the change record to associate the release and the change. The software model field is automatically populated from the release when the change is created in DPR workspace. If you're creating a change using SOW or the native form, you'll have to populate the Product version corresponding to the release to link the change and the release.
Thanks,
Balaji
