We started this workshop out of our forum a few years ago, and it has grown popular. The goal isn't necessarily to start designing or planning as a next step. It's more to enable your attendees to understand and ideally evangelize CSDM within their groups so it can gain steam.
Our EA team runs these workshops, but there is enough information in the deck for anyone with intermediate CSDM knowledge to run them independently without ServiceNow's help. I even give you the instance with the design tool and template in one of the slides.
