To foster inclusive and meaningful participation from Data Owners and Subject Matter Experts within our organisation, we've developed a resource called the 'CSDM Explainer' (attached). We're sharing it with the community for review and feedback, and we welcome all input.

Following review and potential updates, we plan to distribute the finalised model. Please be aware that while this document draws inspiration from ServiceNow's design for the CSDM, it is not an officially approved ServiceNow document.
