Thanks all for attending the session! Many of you expressed interest in attending a learning lab that takes you through the process of mapping services (and the diff options including tag based). Below are 2 links with descriptions:

Link 1 - This link takes you to an AI summit learning labs page. If you look at the Boston one (3/19) as an example, you can register for the Learning Lab by itself (or the full summit if desired). The lab that has the content is called "Unlock Value with CMDB Data Foundations":

Link 2 -  This link below will soon be populated with ITOM workshops scheduled for 2025. This is a great link to bookmark and check periodically. These workshops are totally free and they are mostly 1 day workshops. They serve as a great team building opportunity for your teams and allows to collaborate with other customers.

I mentioned Tag Governance in our segment as well. Some of my colleagues hosted a webinar recently about that capability. You can find that here: Beers with Engineers - Tame Those Tags with Tag Governance .

A great video on Tag Based maps and the reasons they are valuable can be found here (in greater technical detail than what I covered): Beers with Engineers - Enhancing Tag-Based Service Maps

One more link! I completely forgot about this one - this is a deep dive video on Tag-Based service mapping with a step by step walkthrough as well:

Service Graph Connectors is listed at 7:23 (ITOM interactive roadmap) feeding into Discovery.

In a similar fashion would Integration Hub ETL to provide CMDB and CSDM data be a key enabler for the ITOM roadmap. Any thoughts?
