How do I change the scale of a widget in DPM Personal Portfolio Insignts

On various widgets, the scale value isn't trending upwards when the data suggests that it should.  For example, in the image below, it is flat lining at 100 hours.  If we drill in so we are looking at the hub data, we see there are three points which exceed 100hrs but the widget doesn't scale to reflect the peaks the way the hub data does.

Can we configure the widget for dynamic scaling or, barring that, can we simply increase the scale for each widget.  In this case, 200hrs instead of 100hrs.

Can you provide more context for where you are seeing this chart?

1. What page are you on?  What tab?

2. Has the instance had any customizations?

It is the Insights tab in Personal Portfolios.  No customizations that I am aware of - other than perhaps the widget itself.
