Service Builder - discrepancy between SB & backend view when editing the description

I´ve recognized a discrepancy between the Service Builder and backend view when editing the description for a Business Service.

Is there a reason why the description for a Business Service in Service Builder will be transfered to the short description in the backend view? This may lead into confusion for a Service Owner / Delegate.

For a Business Service offering the result - as expected - is equal either at Service Builder or backend view.

Hi SN_Marcel Horn, 

You are correct. The Service record does not have a description field. For simplicity we labeled that field "Description"
because to an end user they don't need to know that the field is short description. More so they need to know they need to provide a description of their service. The label can be updated in the service wizard if desired!
