creation flow designer

Hi,

 

I need to create a flow designer that, in the first step, will receive an email as a result of clicking a link in a notification I have previously created.

Please elaborate your question.

 

What I understood is, 

You have an email notification which contains a link and when the notification is sent to an user, if the user clicks on the link it will create a reply email to ServiceNow instance.

 

The reply email should be captured and processed in flow designer.

 

 

If this is your requirement, you can create a Flow with trigger type as Application -> Email then with some conditions like your reply email subject etc.
