@shubsharma6, you get these option while creating a table. See snip below. You can click on "Create Application File" and then select "Table" from the Application File popup window. As soon as you select that a new record will pop show up on you screen like snip below. Select/enter desired names/texts/options and after you save it will show up under application menu and module as you choose.
Individually you can create it using following options. It is under "Navigation". See snip below.
