Hi Team ,
There is a Mail is trigrred in service now which is irrelevant and no use of it as I have checked it Invalid email inbound actions try each and every conditions even try to reporcess the mail but still INC is triggred that should not be come .
these are the conditions which I have make it .
and this is email from and to it is coming
and this is email reprocess I have made it to triggered the INC in dev. env.
So please provide me the proper conditions I should make so that INC will not come of crew termination sub line one .
