Opened at field incorrect time

Title: Incorrect Open Time on the NOC Incident

 

Description: NOCINC0001245457 was opened at 00:30 WAT on the 6th Jan but the system picked the opened time as 05-01-2024 20:36:47. Any suggestions why their us difference ?

This is the system date end user has raised an incident on6th jan 00:30 WAT but the time captured on "Opened" is on 05-01-2024 20:36:47 . Snow instance is using GMT time and their is only one hour difference between GMT and WAT time zone so can you suggest how the system has captured  the back date for "Opened" field
