Add link to new bullet lists component in Rich Text

We have the most recent Content Publishing application, which includes the new feature of adding a List component to Rich Content. Is there a way to add a link to text within this list component? I've tried to drag a Link component to within the List, but the system does not allow me to drop it within the List. Any help is appreciated. Thank you!

we are continuously adding new features on Rich Content Editor, please look out for next few releases. The feature you are looking for is planned to be in upcoming July release.

I am still unable to add a hyperlink to a bullet point list. Am I missing something here?
