Hello.  We recently switched to Employee Service Center and enabled AI Search.

If I search for the word "indemnity", one of the first results that pops up is KB0017092.  When I click the link, this is the site that it attempts to go to: https://[my instance name].service-now.com/esc?id=form&table=kb_knowledge&sys_id=undefined&searchTerm=indemnity

This returns a "Record not found" message (not surprising given that the link contains "undefined")

Any idea where I should look to fix it?

If it helps, attached are screenshots of records on the sp_ai_search_results_action_config table (not sure if these records are relevant to the issue or not).
