Ai Search suggestion redirecting to wrong URL when I click on Request in suggested result.

I started facing this issue. When I click on Request in the given Image. I am getting the record producer on portal itself. Attached Image. But it should redirect me to the Request form.

update the Script Include "SPSearchResultActions" .

Hi @Tanushree Maiti  , I deactivate the already existing script include and Imported this one. still I am facing the same issue.
