I try to implement a new background image into the "Employee Center Homepage"
I have added some CSS:
On any first load or reload I get only the upper part filled with background image (looks like the first 2 containers).
Any resize of the browser window will fill the background completely. (I did not expect this behavior)
Any hint ?

Please choose the correct image size to put in the background.
In case you want to load it for specific container then, click on the same container and choose image to upload.
