My company is migrating to Employee center and would like to reference existing portals as sub-portals within Employee center. One of the existing portals is highly customized from a look and feel. Searched this forum for guides and pointers on how to do that or at least how to get started with migrating an existing portal to employee center. I have no portal experience. The whole thing must be migrated before the end of the year ....
Any pointers on how to reference an existing portal as a sub-portal or pointers on how to migrate an existing portal without starting from scratch would be great.

Thank you for the reply, I watch the video (was already 80% through) and reviewed the link. Both cover redirecting exporting portals to the ESC portal. I am looking to reference several existing portals as "Menu Items" as type "Service Portals" within ESC. Looking at "Employee Center Menu", https://<instance>.service-now.com/now/nav/ui/classic/params/target/sp_instance_menu.do.
