catalog item not working in employee center

Hi All,

We have recently implemented employee center.

One of the catalog not working , means not showing any questions in employee center but working fine in old portal and in mail catalog view.

Please let us know what can be issue.

@Roopa11 apart from variables, these check boxes are also present at the catalog item level. Please check them as well.

no as issue with maintain item, not with record producer
