Create the Employee center link in Servicenow main banner

As an  employee, I want to have quick access to the Employee Center Portal directly from the ServiceNow Service Center banner, so that I can easily navigate to the resources I need.

The system should add a clickable link to the Employee Center Portal in the banner of the ServiceNow Service Center. This enhancement aims to improve user experience by providing easier navigation to the Employee Center Portal, allowing employees to access important resources and information quickly.

You can create an navigation menu on banner using the below configuration which will create a link for Employee center on ServiceNow Banner:

@Prasant Kumar 1 The button was visible but i want to add Link format for example once we have click on that employee center it will be automatically going to service portal

Hi,

You can click the Employee Center link which is visible under Employee center navigation menu which redirects to Employee center as mentioned my above attached snapshot. Just like under History Navigation menu you will see the links of your recently opened files.

@Prasant Kumar 1 @Hemanth M1 This one is ok But my correct requirement is once we click on that button(Employee center) First click it will be going to service portal home page.
