Hi All,
I have a requirement to setting up the priority of HR case based on the selected HR service, Category and Subcaytegory.
I created a Decision table and execute it from flow designer. Both are tested and working fine giving correct output. But when I am trying to test it on the HR Case table via Native view and Portal..It is either updating the priority by taking some time i.e on second referesh and not updating it at all when we update the record.
Please find the ss of my work and let me know if there is any issue.
Else suggest me some alternate of my requirement if this is not suppose to work.
