How to use servicenow calendar for employee vacation tracking?

how to get servicenow calendar in instance?

which modules used to add vacation list in snow?

once added is this data comes on calendar?

What modules are you using? Do you use Resource Management? 

What do you mean with 'how to get ServiceNow calendar in instance'? It's their OOB.

Please don't use 'snow' for ServiceNow. Snow is a completely different software platform. Resource management is the module to use, but it is also licensed, so without knowing what you are using, it's unclear how to help you further and how it is shown on a calendar is all depending on where you put what data.

Actually we trying to implement a leave tracker to track employee OOO. and we want to add those details in calendar event. please let me know how to proceed, we are not using resource management.

Is it possible to get it done without license?

The last part I can't answer, because I don't know where you are going to record the OOO for the employee. If that's in a custom table and you are already at your max, it will cost you, but only your ServiceNow sales rep can tell you anything about cost.

If you have a table where you record the users absence, you can just create a calendar report on them.

I have custom table and i have capturing start,end date, employee name and email. how to generate calendar report? any specific plugin need to enable? and what is Resource management?
