I have installed the Journey Designer and Journey Accelerator plugins, and I am able to perform journey configuration. I also completed the Journey Guided Setup to finalize my journey record.
However, I don't see "Journeys" displayed in the ESC portal, as shown in the ServiceNow demo screenshot.
Can anyone give me some suggestions?

Hi @jzhang88888 ,
- Involved journeys
- Mentors see the Involved journeys tab.
- My journeys
- Users that are assigned to a journey see the My journeys tab.
- Team journeys
- Journey owners with active journeys for their team see the Team journeys tab.
- Navigate to All > Service Portal > Service Portal Configuration.
- Select Designer.
- Select Employe Center Homepage.
- In the Filter Widget field, type EC homepage Journey Tabs.
- Drag the EC homepage Journey Tabs widget to the service portal page.
Add the EC homepage Journey Tabs to any valid element on the page.
What to do next
Verify that the widget is available in your organization's Employee Center portal.
- Login as a user that has permissions to view or modify journeys.
- Verify that the title Team journeys is visible.
Reference : Add Journey designer widget
