Employee center: AI search is not working even though typo handling is enabled

Hi All,
We want users to be able to search for catalogs and KBs with misspelled words in employee center.
We have enabled AI search and configured, still misspelled words are not corrected /shown the right results.
Is there any configuration that we are missing. Please help.

Hi @sagar_basu , just to confirm, if you go into the Search Profile, do you have a Typo handler selected?
