Employee Center Mega Menu : Does cross-scoped taxonomy topics do not appear in the Mega-menu?

Hi,

I have created a taxonomy in a different application scope.
I have added the Taxonomy to the Employee Center Portal. 

 

The Taxonomy have its associated connected content.

When I log in to the Employee Center Portal, I do not see the Topics and Child Topics in the Mega-menu.

 

Please advice on this.

  1. Portal can have only one active taxonomy. So first remove the existing taxonomy and add the new one.
  2. Navigate to 'Advanced Portal Navigation' from left navigator and see if it is configured properly and then click on 'Sync Hierarchy' button.

In the Advanced portal navigation, after clicking on the sync button, you need to set the related record for your new taxonomy as active to true.

1. There is only one taxonomy associated with the Employee Center.

2. I do not see the 'Sync Hierarchy' button.
