Hi team,

• we are facing one issue in employee center portal, when we are trying to print any page then it prints as columns of 2 - 3 centimetres instead of showing the whole page.

tried from diff browsers also

previously it was working fine.

Previously means -> before upgrade?

Did you check if someone played with the CSS? If yes then revert to the base version.

Did you recently upgrade and it broke after that?

If yes then raise a case with ServiceNow

we are not sure when it broke, our users reported this as incident recently.

yes, we upgraded recently.

@Snehal Bhagat1 are all your environments upgraded?

If it would be fore example DEV and TEST upgraded, with unwanted behaviour and PROD not upgraded is still fine, then you can compare what's been upgraded

Try to check in other instance as well which is not upgraded
