My customer currently has multiple ServiceNow portals and just deployed Employee Center Pro specifically for their HR Service Delivery. Is it possible to see usage statistics (specifically last login date/time) for only their Employee Center Pro, or is the login timestamp specific to the entire ServiceNow platform?
Hi, I would advice you to go forward with the User experience analytics option. This you can link to 1 or more portals. Just install the plugin, go to portal config of the ec pro.. and link it and start generating statistics.
