Employee center Search retrieves in correct words in search result

Hi 

I recently encountered a incorrect search result in Employee center , noticed the search is cutting off the first and last letter. Thought I would mention it. Searched for Clipchamp, and got lipsham results PFA 

Can you help me fix the problem
